Rise from Ruku and stand straight, with calmness, before going down into Sujood.
When standing upright
Stand calmlyرَبَّنَا لَكَ ٱلْحَمْدُ
Rabbana lakal hamd
Our Lord, to You belongs all praise.

Allah hears me when I praise Him. I stand up and thank Allah with my whole heart.
