Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) noticed that whenever the Prophet ﷺ finished washing up and stepped out of the restroom with his right foot, he would immediately whisper: "Ghufranaka!" He said this because he loved remembering Allah every second of the day; since he paused his dhikr while inside, the moment he stepped out, he asked Allah's forgiveness for that brief pause.
