Bismika Allahumma amootu wa ahya.

Every night when the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ got ready for bed, he would place his right hand under his cheek, rest his head, and surrender peacefully into Allah's care with this dua. He taught us that when we sleep, our souls rest in Allah's safe keeping, and when we wake up, He returns them to us fresh and renewed.
