Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
